I have been using various Boye knives now for nearly 23 years and it is always a pleasure whether in the kitchen or field, while boating or camping, or in ordinary daily use. I always appreciate the design and skill of workmanship involved.
The knife arrived this morning. It was beautifully packaged with documentation and the small miracle cloth to make it shine. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness in our various emails. Your beautiful knife with the wing will serve me on the sea and will not be displayed in a collection. It's nice to do business with people like you.
