We ship orders for Stock on Hand items the next business day.  Customers who have placed Special Orders will be contacted when their orders are ready to send, and the package will go out the next business day after payment is received.  The tracking # and a link to the appropriate website will be emailed when the package leaves our studio.

Most of our domestic orders are shipped via UPS and International orders usually ship via USPS.  We offer FedEx services at the buyer's request.  If you are placing an International order or have a special shipping request, please Contact Us.

We cover shipping costs for returns, exchanges, and repairs.
