Many years ago we bought 2 knives -- a 6" Chef's knife and a small paring knife, both with beautiful Redwood Burl handles.  We love and treasure them!

I was finally able to pick [my knife] up a few days ago. I absolutely love it!
The texture of the blade is beautiful and the etching is stunning. As much as I wanted to frame it, i had to put it to use! Feels great in the hand and cuts everything like butta.
It is a true work of art.
